It sounds ridiculous, right? But you’d be surprised how many candidates do just that!

Before your next interview, take time to:
✅ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 – What do they do? Who are their clients? What’s their mission?
✅ 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 – Check their website, social media, and employee reviews.
✅ 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 – Any recent achievements, product launches, or industry updates?
✅ 𝗕𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘁𝘀 – How do your skills and experience align with their requirements?

I’ve experienced candidates being rejected due to not preparing for their interviews by researching the companies. Yes… they picked up on that!
