What You’ll Do
- Become an Investment Champion: Understand how investment teams work and find ways to leverage data to supercharge their efficiency. Identify the best market data sources and platforms to empower them.
- Data Stewart: Guide investment teams on their data journey. Train them on the latest tools and show them how to use data effectively to source deals and create value.
- Data Procurement Pro: Stay on top of the ever-changing market data landscape. Find the best vendors, negotiate the best deals, and ensure the firm gets the most value for its money.
- Data Diplomat: Build strong relationships with market data vendors and ensure they’re aligned with the firm’s needs. Act as a bridge between users and vendors, resolving any issues that arise.
- Data Driven Decisions: Track market data usage and spending. Turn that data into insights that inform future strategy and support fundraising efforts.
Who You Are
- You’ve got a proven track record of building out market data capabilities in a financial service setting, ideally with experience in private equity.
- You’re a master negotiator, with a knack for numbers and a keen eye for detail.
- You can build relationships across the globe and translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being a key player in a high-growth company.
