Salary: R15 000 to R20 000 CTC plus profit share

Summary
A well-established warehouse near the mall in Worcester is looking for a disciplined and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of four. The ideal candidate is hands-on, physically fit and confident working in a structured environment. Strong computer skills are essential, though SAP experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations and supervise a team of four
- Oversee stock control and ensure accurate records
- Handle receiving, dispatching and general warehouse flow
- Assist with physical tasks, including lifting when needed
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient workspace
- Support management with reporting and general admin
Requirements
- Matric is essential
- Previous experience in a disciplined or highly structured environment (police, army or correctional services background beneficial)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Healthy and dependable with a clean criminal record
