Salesforce Integration Solutions Analyst
Rate: R600 per hour, with flexibility up to R650 per hour for the right experience

Type: Hybrid contract role – 2 days remote, 3 days in the office
Role Summary
This is a contract opportunity at a large, well-established bank in Johannesburg for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Analyst with strong integration exposure. The role sits close to both business and technology, translating requirements into clear, workable technical solutions across Salesforce and multiple integrated systems.
You will work within delivery squads, contributing to solution design, integration analysis, and testing, with a strong emphasis on system and integration design using MuleSoft and APIs. This role suits someone who enjoys complex environments, understands enterprise integration, and can confidently engage with both technical teams and governance forums.
Tech environment: Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs, Postman, Swagger, enterprise integration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
- Design and detail system and integration solutions, including data mappings and interface flows
- Identify and assess integration points and impacted systems across the broader landscape
- Contribute to solution design documentation and ensure alignment with architecture standards
- Test integration services and support end-to-end solution validation
- Present solution designs and test outcomes to relevant governance and review forums
- Work closely with cross-functional squads during design and delivery phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience as a Solutions Analyst in complex technology environments
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
- Strong experience in systems and integration design
- Solid working knowledge of MuleSoft and enterprise integration patterns
- Proven experience working with APIs, including testing and documentation using tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation covering functional and non-functional requirements
- Comfortable working in agile delivery teams within large organisations
