We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational processes within the business. This multifaceted role requires a combination of administrative expertise, IT awareness, and a strong service-driven mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels. You must have Matric and experience using Syspro and intermediate level knowledge of Excel.
Salary: R15K – R18K Basic
Type: Permanent – Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Syspro processing tasks, including:
- Credit notes
- Sales orders
- Stock receipts and returns
- Stock adjustments
- Monthly statements
- Daily reporting and tracking of:
- Sales figures
- Adjustments
- Trip sheets and related documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
- Provide basic hardware/software support to internal users
- Support the logistics function with general coordination tasks
- Liaise professionally with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Carry out ad hoc tasks related to operations and administration as needed
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) – further administrative or IT-related qualifications will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations support role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level essential)
- Prior experience using Syspro ERP system is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident engaging with colleagues at all levels of seniority
