Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Leadership Development professional who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping leaders, strengthening capability, and building high-performing teams.
You will partner with senior leaders and managers to design and deliver practical learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives that support business growth, culture, performance, and future readiness. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build learning programmes that are not just engaging, but measurable, relevant, and directly linked to business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership development frameworks that support current and future business needs.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to identify leadership capability gaps, succession needs, and development priorities.
- Develop programmes that strengthen strategic thinking, innovation, ethical leadership, and effective people management.
- Create and implement learning pathways for emerging leaders, managers, and executives.
- Introduce blended learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and practical workplace learning.
- Align learning initiatives with business-critical skills such as agile leadership, data-driven decision-making, compliance awareness, and change leadership.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders on talent development, organisational effectiveness, and leadership capability.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, coaching sessions, and development conversations.
- Collaborate with HR, Product, Technology, and business teams to understand development needs and deliver relevant solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of leadership and learning programmes.
- Measure programme impact through clear KPIs, including leadership readiness, engagement, retention, participation, and learning outcomes.
- Support wellness strategies and initiatives that contribute to employee wellbeing and sustainable performance.
- Enable culture and change initiatives that support innovation, agility, trust, inclusion, and strong leadership behaviour.
- Equip leaders to manage change in a dynamic, regulated, and technology-driven environment.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within leadership pipelines and talent development plans.
- Support bursary, learnership, and internship programmes where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
- 8+ years’ experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, or related people development roles.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or another fast-paced, regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
- Registered Skills Development Facilitator certification is required.
- Proven experience managing bursaries, learnerships, and internship programmes.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning needs analysis, and training methodologies.
- Experience in instructional design, training accreditation, facilitation, and programme evaluation.
- Strong familiarity with modern learning platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or similar tools.
- Executive coaching certification would be advantageous.
- Ability to engage confidently with executives, senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and programme delivery skills.
- Commercially minded, practical, and able to connect learning initiatives to measurable business impact.
