Salary: R19 000 – R40 000 per month

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of one country’s performance and results
- Monitor key metrics and identify areas for growth
- Launch and test new initiatives to improve revenue and operations
- Work closely with internal teams to execute country plans
- Analyse data and translate insights into clear actions
- Solve problems quickly and independently
- Report on progress and performance to leadership
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Degree in Commerce, Science or Engineering
- Strong academic track record:
- GPA above 70% from UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits or UP
- GPA above 80% from other universities
- Strong analytical ability and commercial thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong accountability
- Based in Cape Town and able to work in office 3 to 4 days per week
