Responsibilities
- Prepare and send accurate quotes to customers
- Contact existing and potential clients to generate sales
- Follow up on leads and outstanding quotations
- Provide product advice and technical support to customers
- Assist with internal sales administration
- Handle and move stock when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical refrigeration sales or a related field
- Strong product knowledge within the refrigeration industry
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Physically able to move or carry stock when required
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to take initiative
