Role Summary
We are looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist who knows how to turn customer data into meaningful, revenue-driving communication. This role sits within a high-performing marketing team in the luxury travel space, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving repeat and referral business.
You will take ownership of CRM campaigns from planning to execution, using segmentation, automation, and performance insights to strengthen customer loyalty. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual CRM campaign calendar aligned to revenue and retention goals
- Build, launch, and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Segment audiences to deliver personalised, relevant communication at every stage
- Manage referral and loyalty campaign integration within the broader customer journey
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting and actionable insights
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with internal governance standards
- Work closely with Sales, Tech, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and on brand
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and reduce manual work
- Support internal stakeholders with CRM knowledge and best practice guidance
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on CRM campaign management experience
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Proven experience with segmentation, automation workflows, and performance reporting
- Confident running A/B tests and optimising campaigns based on data
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
