Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and financial advisors within your region.
- Grow new business through existing industry networks and personal broker relationships.
- Identify, engage, and convert new broker partnerships.
- Provide product support, training, and guidance to brokers and advisors.
- Drive sales growth and achieve agreed business targets.
- Conduct regular broker visits and business development activities.
- Maintain a high level of market and competitor awareness.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and ongoing broker engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to support broker and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Broker Consultant within the life insurance industry.
- Proven experience working with broker and advisor networks.
- Established relationships with brokers and financial advisors that can be leveraged to generate new business.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
