A well-established business in the automotive space is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead its Nelspruit operation. This role suits someone with a strong sales background, solid automotive industry knowledge, and specific experience in automotive mobile air conditioning. You will take charge of branch performance, lead from the front, grow sales, and manage the day-to-day running of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch
- Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities in the market
- Monitor branch performance and ensure high service standards
- Manage stock, processes, and general branch administration
- Ensure the branch runs efficiently and profitably
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales-driven role within the automotive industry
- Automotive mobile air conditioning experience is essential
- Previous management experience, or strong potential to step into a management role
- Strong leadership and people management ability
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow branch revenue
- Good operational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Completed Matric, industry courses will be beneficial
- Valid driver’s license
