We’re hiring a Billing Coordinator – Microsoft to join our growing team — a role perfect for someone with a knack for detail, great communication skills, and an interest in tech. You’ll be the go-to person for handling Microsoft-related billing processes, admin support, and client coordination.

What you’ll be doing
Admin & Operational Support
    • Capture and maintain accurate data across systems and spreadsheets
    • Manage shared mailboxes and respond to internal or client queries
    • Schedule meetings, help with event coordination, and prep basic marketing content
    • Create and send sales quotations and documentation
Microsoft Billing & Vendor Coordination
    • Support Microsoft billing processes (training provided)
    • Liaise with vendors on software licences, warranties, and support queries
    • Follow up on issues, escalate where necessary, and track resolutions
Communication & Client Support
    • Be the central point of contact for client and team communication
    • Maintain professional phone and email correspondence
    • Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders
Records & Reporting
    • Maintain neat and organised digital files and records
    • Create and update reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly
    • Help keep internal databases accurate and up to date
Financial & Project Support
    • Assist with invoice tracking and expense reporting
    • Help monitor project progress and timelines
    • Communicate project updates and help with resource planning
 
What we’re looking for
    • 1+ years’ admin, coordination, or billing experience (ideal but not essential if you’re sharp and eager to learn)
    • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and juggling priorities
    • Strong communicator, written and verbal
    • Great attention to detail and a love for getting things right
    • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
    • Can work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism
 
Nice to have (but not a dealbreaker)
    • Experience with Microsoft licensing, billing, or CSP
    • Exposure to CRM tools like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar
    • Admin experience in a tech, IT, or MSP environment
    • Certificate or diploma in Office Admin, Business Support, or similar
    • Familiar with shared mailboxes, vendor queries, or technical documentation
