Yes. DataTech works with clients upfront to clarify role scope, responsibilities, job titles, salary benchmarks and interview structure before candidates are approached.

Both. DataTech recruits for permanent roles and fixed-term or contract, including remote and hybrid roles where applicable. We do not place candidates on agency payroll.

No. Candidates always give explicit consent before their CV is submitted to any client.
