Salary: R12 000 – R15 000 pm Depending on experience
Area: Onsite in Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Achieve monthly gross profit and sell-out targets.
- Order products in line with the Company’s strategy.
- Manage stock levels and aging stock within budget.
- Provide product support, including technical specifications and sales assistance.
- Ensure profitability of products.
- Sales Support:
- Assist sales team with quotations.
- Provide support to the Company’s sales teams.
- Maintain accurate product information in the ERP system.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and address stock issues.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and incorporate them into stock forecasting.
Requirements:
- Matric, preferably with mathematics.
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or IT is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the ICT distribution industry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with others.
- Previous experience in product management is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
