Junior Office Administrator

Exciting opportunity for a Junior Office Administrator in Midrand.  If you have strong organisational and administration skills, with 1-2 years relevant experience, this role is for you. Self-confident, highly motivated, high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. Ability to converse in English and Afrikaans essential. Own transport with a valid Driver’s license is preferable.
 
Salary: R8K – R10K Basic (medical aid and pension fund)

Responsibilities
    • Back-up/relief reception duties
    • General administration
    • Filing
    • Liaising with finance department
    • Scanning documents
    • Arranging meetings and refreshments
    • Assisting service providers
    • Support to various departments
    • Ad hoc assigned duties from time to time
 
Requirements
    • Minimum Matric (6 Subjects)
    • Some Print/Stationery/FMCG experience
    • ONLY 1-2 years previous experience in office administration
    • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
    • Residing in and around the Midrand-area
    • Self-confident and highly motivated
    • Driver’s license and own reliable transport is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
