Salary: Up to R14 700 depending on experience
 
Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess, diagnose, and repair IT hardware and related equipment, including desktop systems, notebooks, mobile devices, tablets, peripherals, and communication devices.
    • Conduct hardware troubleshooting, component testing, and repairs/replacements as necessary.
    • Perform software recovery and repairs for various operating systems.
    • Troubleshoot network LANs and WANs.
    • Maintain accurate job card updates and provide timely customer feedback.
    • Offer telephonic and on-site support to customers and managers.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Experience and Knowledge:
    • Minimum 3 years of IT technical experience.
    • Proficiency in networking and Windows operating systems.
    • Solid hardware experience (Notebooks/ Asus/ Lenovo/ Dell/ HP)
    • Strong knowledge of Windows hardware.
    • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Previous experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
    • Own transport with valid Driver’s License
