Bring your 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in AI, technology, or consulting. A Matric certificate with mathematics is essential. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications across various industries. Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Flexible and willing to respond to urgent needs outside of regular business hours.

Salary: R60 000 – R75 000 pm
Area: Onsite in Johannesburg
Responsibilities:
- Explore New Opportunities: Conduct market research and outreach to discover new business prospects in the AI and services sectors.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders, industry partners, and clients to enhance our offerings and expand our market presence.
- Market Analysis: Analyse industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth areas within the AI sector.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and ensure sustainable growth in our AI and services portfolio.
- Collaborate and Present: Work with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our value to prospective clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Team Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure business development efforts align with overall company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in AI, technology, or consulting.
- A Matric certificate with mathematics is essential.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications across various industries.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
